Storage System with Back up Capability

If the power supply from the public grid is interrupted, the photovoltaic system is deactivated. Recom batteries in combination with Recom hybrid inverters provide you with the possibility to restore the energy supply at home by individually supplying selected devices such as the fridge and light bulbs.

Priority is given to power backup operation for the most important devices as larger loads
would exhaust the capacity of the storage system very quickly.

Tip: Check the power consumption of the loads you plan to connect in advance and make sure the PV system, inverter output and battery capacity are sufficient to ensure you have enough power in an emergency.
